I am delighted to write this letter to let you know how great full I am to be given the opportunity to attend CIA, that prestigious institution of culinary leaning.
At completion of my four courses, my interest was mobilized even more. It has helped me to develop an over view of the different cooking techniques, ingredients, traditional flavors and theoretical aspects of Asian and Mediterranean food preparations.
The production exercise and the product evaluation will always be a part of me. This has helped me to appreciate its delicate and distinctive flavor, texture variation, nutritional value and attractiveness.
The course has also provided useful educational information, and an interesting link between theory and practical work.
This opportunity has enhanced my knowledge to be an ambassador for Antigua and the hospitality region.
