I would like to thank you for selecting me for the 2008 Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Education Foundation (CHTAEF) scholarship to the Culinary Institute of American.

The Knowledge and experience I gained at the Culinary Institute of America is world class. This knowledge will not only be asset for me, but for Carlisle Bay and my team members as well. And as we collectively strive to improve the tourism product through the training of individuals, this training will undoubtedly benefit the country as well.

I served as an ambassador for the country during the brief but intense courses and hope others will also benefit from further training to help keep Antigua as one of the top destinations of the world.

Thank you again for this opportunity for professional improvement.
