The Barbados Hospitality Institute (BHI) is a full service hospitality training facility, which comprises both educational and accommodation components. This is the first training facility of its kind in Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean.

Bethune Cookman College, Daytona, Florida (Business Studies)
The Department of Hospitality Management offers a degree program leading to the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (Comprehensive).

Cornell University Executive and Professional Education
The Hotel School's Office of Executive Education offers programs for hospitality managers, from trainee through senior executive.

Colegio EPI - Hospitality and Tourism Unit, Aruba
The Unit of Hospitality and Tourism, belonging to the Professional Intermediate Education of Aruba (Colegio EPI), formerly known as the Aruba Hotel School, is in many ways unique. The school is the first in the Caribbean to offer an Associate of Science degree program in Hospitality Management. Our dynamic and results oriented curriculum offers an apprenticeship program, a further studies program, and an immediate employment program.  The academic integrity of our graduates and our programs bare a solid reputation. Our ASD program is accredited for a Bachelor in Science Degree program at several Hospitality Industry related, and highly recognized, schools and universities in the United States, Holland and Aruba.

Trinidad and Tobago Hospitality Institute
TTHTI, Trinidad Campus offers education and training in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management at the Associate Degree, Certificate and Vocational Levels. Programmes include Culinary Arts, Food and Beverage, Travel and Front Office Training. Other services include Catering, Placement and Consultancy.

Intl. School of Tourism & Hospitality Management, San Juan, Puerto Rico, (Universidad Del Este)
This is a relatively new school having started its Bachelor Degree program at the Carolina Campus in August 1996. In May 1997, ISTHM acquired the Hotel School of Puerto Rico (Isla Verde) from the Puerto Rico Tourism Company offering certificate programs in such areas as culinary arts, bartending and travel agency. School enrollments have steadily grown from about 350 students 1997 to 821 students in 2004. ISTHM relocated its Isla Verde certificate programs to the Carolina Campus in January 2003 when its new learning center was opened. The new building had greatly enhanced the delivery of quality learning opportunities through the support of state-of-the-art labs, modern classrooms and access to new learning technology systems.

University of Memphis

University of the West Indies, Hospitality Campus, Nassau, Bahamas
Bsc. Hospitality Management (CHTM Nassau, Bahamas). This programme offers some similarity with the Tourism Management Programme in that students are required to pursue both internships and lean another language. At the end of their first year, the students are required to transfer to the Centre of Hotel and Tourism in Nassau, Bahamas where they will complete the second and final years of the programme. For more information visit UWI Mona Campus, click on the link above.
