NY Times Travel Show

The CHTA Education Foundation (CHTAEF) will be holding a silent Caribbean Auction at the New York Times Travel Show with more than 100 participating properties throughout 18 Caribbean destinations.  Show attendees are encouraged to stop by booth #221 to receive an incredible value on their next Caribbean vacation by bidding on one of the many hotels and resorts participating in the auction, while supporting the non-profit organization’s efforts to provide scholarships and special assistance for Caribbean students pursuing careers in tourism.  

We would like to encourage your hotel to donate room stays (minimum 4 nights) to the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Education Foundation (CHTAEF) silent auction on February 25-27, 2011 at the NY Times Travel Show.  This will also provide you with some exposure at the travel show. Donations must be received by February 10th, 2011 if you are to receive pre-show publicity in the New York Times Travel Supplement the week before and have placement and visibility on the auction board.
