JMHI DirectAccess is an international emergency support service that offers pre-approved admission to Jackson Memorial Hospital and transfer approval within 60 minutes.

Advanced reservation to hospital cuts out administrative hold-up required at any major hospital with the life-saving capabilities needed to help. Anywhere from 6-8 hours during the night and on weekend, complex insurance systems are not set up to handle verifications and approvals. With DirectAccess, one is already pre-approved. Same principal as having a reservation at a restaurant. We are a major evacuation center for the region.
DirectAccess is a membership program that offers its members fast-track admittance to Jackson Memorial Hospital in the event of a medical emergency. Members are given the 24/7 phone number and assured that once they call, approval for transfer can be given in 60 minutes or less. Arrangements for air evacuation are made for them by JMHI staff as well as communication with their insurance company, referring doctor and accepting doctor. Once admitted, the patient and their family will have access to all the benefits of the Hospitality program as well as the BUPA Center.
