What is the proper attire for the event?
The recommend attire for the event is business casual; however, all of the conference sessions are held in air-conditioned rooms, therefore temperature could be lower inside the conference rooms.
Is membership in CHTA required to attend the event?
The event is open to anyone interested in investment and developments in the Caribbean, however CHTA members receive a special registration fee. The event is recommended for Investors, Hotel Owners, Lenders, CEO’s, Hotel Chain Executives, Financial Advisors, Mortgage Brokers, Real Estate Agents, Lawyers, Designers, Architects, Consultants, Tourism Officials, Timeshare Developers, and Government Officials.

What is included in the registration fee?
The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, continental breakfast, coffee breaks and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, the Opening Reception on Tuesday, a Reception on Wednesday and the Closing Dinner on Thursday. Companions are not allowed during the conference functions.
Is the event open to visitors and/or general public? Are spouses allowed to participate at any scheduled event?
Due to the business nature of the event, only registered delegates are allowed at the event, including social functions. Tickets may be sold for social events – information and pricing will be available at the event.
Will there be a trade show component during CHTIC?
