Room ExCHAnge Program: Exchange your annual
membership dues for room nights. CHA member hotels
can exchange room nights in lieu of cash as a means of
paying membership dues in CHA and their National Hotel
Association. The program provides internet exposure on

Caribbean Hotel Association Reservation
Marketing Service (CHARMS): Maximize revenue
for your hotel. CHA’s reservations marketing service,
CHARMS, operated by UTELL by Pegasus, provides a
superior combination of fully integrated distribution
channels. Enrollment in CHA offers hotels FREE enrollment
in UNIREZ by Pegasus.
CHA Membership Card: Obtain significant
discounts on hotel and car rentals in the Caribbean.
Discounts are also available on selected hotels in the
United States and Europe.
Caribbean Alliance for Sustainable Tourism
(CAST): How GREEN is your hotel? Utilize our cutting
edge expertise on hurricane preparedness, as well as
best practices on environmental issues that are energy
efficient and environmentally friendly.
Human Resources & Training Resource Center:
People with vision are our greatest asset. CHA
facilitates training and education, which are essential
for the development of the Caribbean’s invaluable human
resource base.
Publishing: CHA publishes CaribbeanTravel.com-The Magazine and CaribbeanTravel.com-The Website. CaribbeanTravel.com-The Magazine is distributed to
all IATA travel agencies throughout the US and Canada. In
addition, the winter edition is distributed to all UK agencies.
CaribbeanTravel.com is a fully searchable database of
Caribbean-specific lodging and destination information. CHA member hotels receive priority placement in the magazine and the website.
Hot Tips and Media Leads: CHA's Communications Department serves as a fullfilment center for the regional and international press-facilitating editorial opportunities for members, while providing research assistance to journalists.

counseling on property insurance and loss adjustments.
CHA Weekly News: The information
highway on current global, regional, association and
member issues. CHA members can keep abreast with the
“movers and shakers” in the tourism industry, marketing,

weekly email news bulletin. In the Member Corner section, members announce new business, sales
promotions, and discounts, and other news to their fellow hotel and
allied members, on a complimentary basis.
Small Hotels Resources:
