There are a number of limited rooms within each hotel and category; therefore we recommend that you make your booking immediately. The group rates are available until April 11, 2013. Reservation requests received after this date will be accepted on a space available and rate basis. Delegates are responsible for making their hotel reservations arrangements. Taxes and service charges are not included in the group rate.
